Come to the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the restoration of Ponds 10 and 11 at the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
The ponds were recently completed with the opening of tidal channels and planting of salt marsh plants.
The ceremony will be held at construction staging area near the intersection of 8th Street and Boulevard Avenue.
