A district ELAC meeting will be held in Mar Vista High's library on March 19 at 6:30 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Jesse Navarro from the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office. His presentation will be on “The Juvenile Justice System: Rights and Consequences.”
