FBI 'Most Wanted Fugitive' Arrested at U.S.-Mexico Border in San Diego
Philip Patrick Policaprio, a convicted felon on parole, was wanted for allegedly killing his girlfriend and her unborn child in Los Angeles.

SAN YSIDRO, CA: An FBI "Ten Most Wanted Fugitive" who was on the lam for nearly two months was apprehended Sunday at the U.S.-Mexico Border between San Diego and Tijuana, authorities said.
Philip Patrick Policarpio, 39, was wanted by the Los Angeles Police Department for the alleged murder of his pregnant girlfriend and her unborn child, according to FBI Spokeswoman Laura Eimiller.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents took Policarpio into custody as he was crossing the San Ysidro Port of Entry.

The 5-foot-8-inch Filipino man who has aliases such as "Bugsy," "Sinister," and "Sins," was on U.S. soil at the time of his arrest, Eimiller said.
Policarpio, who was on parole for a 2001 conviction, allegedly shot his girlfriend, 32-year-old Lauren Olguin, to death after an argument April 12 at a party in the Rampart area of Los Angeles, according to an FBI "Most Wanted" video.

The suspect who has several tattoos, including one on his chest that reads, "Only God Can Judge Me," reportedly the fled the scene, possibly in a vehicle.
He was wanted on two counts of murder and parole violation, and federally, for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, according to the FBI.
