Satan's Sticky Spider Web
My eyes were wide open, but I didn't see
When wicked Satan spider spun his web on me
I fought and fought and fought to get free
The more I fought, I got distraught
I was mad and had and sad, it was really bad
. . . . .I couldn't move.
When I got tired of fighting
And tired of the spider biting, me
I yelled out, "SE-CUR-ITY! SE-CUR-ITY!"
I bled from my head
I wished I was dead
I yelled, "SE-CUR-ITY!" once more
My vision was blurred
When a voice I heard
My mind and heart knew
As He came into view
Jesus asked, "Can I help you?"
Though they were covered with flies
I couldn't believe my eyes
His shirt said, "SECURITY, I'll set you free.
Just when my future looked grim
My hands shook as I reached for him
Weak, I whispered, "What took you so long?"
He wiped my eyes, "I love you, I need you strong."
