Fuego One Year Anniversary Dinner
Join Fuego Restaurant and Lounge in Valle de Guadalupe’s Hotel Boutique to celebrate their one year anniversary with a nine course paired dinner on Saturday April 11 at 7pm.

Fuego has invited five well-known Mexican chefs to participate in this culinary event. Hailing from Baja California and Mexico City, chefs Israel Montero (Kaah Siis), Esteban Lluis (ambar Cocina Urbana), Bianca Castro (Biscotti’s Repostería Artesanal), Denisse Zamudio (Patiseria), and Maribel Villareal (L’abroicot Brasserie) will prepare for guests this special dinner celebrating Fuego’s first anniversary. The night will start with a cocktail hour starting at 7pm, followed by dinner at 8pm. Each course will be paired with wines from Valle de Guadalupe’s Viñas del Sol, Vinícola Torres Alegre y Familia, and Shedeh wineries.
