City Street Signs Almost Sold Out
Old street signs went on sale last week for $25 a piece.

Want a piece of Imperial Beach? You can buy an old street sign for $25, but you may want to act fast.
Earlier this year the city began replacing its old street signs with new, larger ones that include the city's Woody logo on main thoroughfares.
The signs went on sale last Thursday after City Council voted to approve sale of about 130 old signs.

According to Michelle Posada who works in the City Manager's office and is selling the signs, all Seacoast Drive and Imperial Beach Boulevard signs have been sold.
This morning there were around 60 signs left. As of 2 p.m., 15 more signs were sold.
