The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a morning class for real estate office owners, managers and brokers on risk reduction and management from 9 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30 at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. Cost to attend is $10 per person at the door. The instructor will be Carolyn D’Agosta, a nationally recognized trainer who has served over the past 30 years with national and statewide realtor associations on committees addressing risk management education, professional standards and legal affairs. Topics will include how to avoid risk, including the latest on fines, lawsuit potentials and pocket listings.
