The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR) will host review and group testing for California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) license renewals and continuing education credits starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23, the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court in Chula Vista. The session will cover five mandatory course topics, including agency, ethics, trust funds, fair housing and risk management. The class will be taught by PSAR member Duane Gomer. California’s Department of Real Estate (DRE) became the Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) on July 1 under the governor’s reorganization plan. Offering the same core functions and services as the DRE, the BRE now operates under the umbrella of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
