The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors, will host an eight-hour continuing education renewal course on mortgage loan origination starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The class, which satisfies Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements, will include three hours on federal law and regulations, two hours on ethics, two hours on lending standards for nontraditional mortgage and one elective hour.
