The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a class for realtors on marketing and financing from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10 at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The class will be taught by PSAR members Nikki Coppa and David Johnston. Topics will include different marketing strategies, including farming and cold calls, along with understanding the concepts of real estate financing, from buyer’s options to closing costs.
