The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a class for realtors on short sales and physical inspection from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26 at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The class will be taught by PSAR members Sarah Heck and Gary Gramling. Topics will include an understanding of short sales and the necessary steps in a short sales transaction. Also to be discussed will be the types of home inspections and the importance of an inspection to a property sale. Cost to attend is $15 per person.
