The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a class for realtors on real estate title, title insurance and social media from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19 at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The class will be taught by PSAR members Angie West, Jay Norris and Elsa Flores. Topics will include the types of titles, how to read property profiles and prelims, title insurance and how Facebook can attract new clients. Cost to attend is $15 per person.
