The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors who serve South County and East County communities, will host a free class for realtors on short sales programs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, at the PSAR South County Service Center, 880 Canarios Court, Chula Vista. The class will be presented by Liz Reyes, home mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Information will be presented on short sales programs, including no financials/hardship and seller incentive programs, how to get sale dates postponed and approvals extended and marketing tips.
