Romesco and Bracero Cocina de Raiz present: "Dos Californias"
Join Romesco on April 25th for a 5 course dinner
In 2005, Romesco Mexiterranean Bistro opened in a quaint Bonita shopping center and introduced Americans to Chef Javier’s Baja-Med Haute cuisine. To celebrate the restaurant’s anniversary, Romesco is planning a weekend full of events from April 23-24, showcasing what guests have come to love about the restaurant and celebrating the Plascencia Group’s beginnings and future!
On Saturday, April 25 Romesco and Bracero Cocina de Raiz present “Dos Californias,” a sneak peek into Chef Javier’s secret Bracero menu prior to the restaurant’s grand opening. This five course dinner and wine pairing is $120 person (tax & gratuity included) and will feature wines from Bodegas de Santo Tomas, Delgadillo Cellars, Monte Xanic, and Robledo Family Winery. Seatings are available for 6-8:30pm and 9-11:30pm. Tickets can be purchased at Romesco or by visiting romescomexmed.com/events.php.
