The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a 2,000-member trade group for San Diego-area realtors, has installed its 2014 officers and board of directors. Bob Olivieri, Coldwell Banker West in Chula Vista, will serve as president and Carey Guthrie, Windermere Real Estate SoCal La Mesa Village, will serve as president-elect.
Sam Calvano, Sam Calvano Home Loans, will serve as secretary/treasurer. Jeff Campbell, Pacific Growth Sales, is past president.

Founded in 1928, PSAR offers educational training, advocacy and other services and resources to its realtor members. In 2012, PSAR became one of the state’s largest realtors associations with a merger of the El Cajon-based East San Diego County Association of Realtors, and the Chula Vista-based Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors.
