The Westgate Hotel Hosts a Four-Course Dinner with Venissimo Cheese and Zaca Mesa Winery

Tantalize your taste buds as you explore the subtle nuances of refined cheese-based dishes and wine pairing

In collaboration with Venissimo Cheese and Zaca Mesa Winery, the Westgate Hotel is pleased to host an educational four-course pairing dinner on Friday, March 20 at 7:00 p.m. Created by Executive Chef Fabrice Hardel, and led by Venissimo Cheese expert Robert Graff, this evening of culinary bliss will take place in the Westgate’s Le Fontainebleau Room. Graff will explain the flavors and nuances of each specially selected cheese dish as renowned Zaca Mesa winemaker, Eric Mohseni, discusses the captivating notes of the paired wines and shares the rich history behind the prestigious Santa Barbara County Winery, which has been family-owned for 25 years.

Seating is limited and reservations can be made at www.westgatehotel.tix.com. The event is priced at $129 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
