*Dena McLaine 7, told me,"Tears come from your eyes. When you drink water it is stored up. When you are sad the water comes out of your eyes. There could be joyful tears too."

*Salina Santiago 18, told me, "Tears are your emotions. Happy or sad. Strong or indifferent. I get overly emotional for a happy song. I cry for everything, just ask my mom."

*Brandy McLaine 35, told me,"Heaven because of rain. But if you're talking about us, tears are from all the pain we hold in. Pressure makes our tears come out."

*Jr. Santiago 50s, told me, "Tears are from your soul. And tears are from your heart. When your heart is broken your eyes cry. I don't drink much water so I don't cry much. But when I drink Bacardi sometimes I cry."

*Don Zimmerman 60, said, "There are tears of joy, tears of pain, tears of compassion, tears of anguish, tears of longing and tears of love. It's been said the eyes are the windows to the soul. We are spiritual in nature. Tears are an expression of God. Our tears are prayers"
*Karen Holland 73, told me, "Tears are from your tear ducts. You cry when you are depressed, hurt or when someone close to you dies. Sometime I cry when I am angry. I don't know whether to scream or cry. And sometime I cry and I don't even know why."
