Woman Killed in Suspected DUI Crash in San Ysidro
The victim was walking near Dairy Mart Road and San Ysidro Boulevard when she was fatally struck, according to San Diego police.
SAN YSIDRO, CA: A 22-year-old man is facing charges after a suspected drunken driving crash that killed a woman in San Ysidro.
The victim was fatally struck while walking in the vicinity of Dairy Mart Road and San Ysidro Boulevard shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros. She died at the scene and was not immediately publicly identified.
The driver was arrested following the crash, Delimitros said. His name was not immediately available.
