Coach Al Franco Boxing offers private boxing lessons, personal boxing training, and small men’s boxing classes in Newport Beach and surrounding Orange County cities. Training is led by Coach Al Franco, founder of Warzone Boxing Club and one of the most respected names in the boxing community. Coach Al brings nearly 30 years of coaching experience, including work with law enforcement, beginners, youth athletes, adults, amateur fighters, professional boxers, and private training clients. He has developed 19 National, International, and World Amateur Champions, along with 3 professional champion fighters. This is real boxing training built around proper fundamentals: footwork, defense, mitt work, bag work, conditioning, body mechanics, and controlled progression. The goal is to teach clients how to box correctly, move with confidence, improve their conditioning, and train like fighters, even if they do not plan to compete. Small-group men’s beginner boxing classes are held Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:00 AM at The Boxing Lab in Newport Beach. The program is also open to women who want real boxing instruction and understand that this is not a fitness-boxing workout. You will train with structure, discipline, and proper technique. Coach Al will also be offering an advanced class soon for students who want to take their training to the next level, with a path into a competition program for those who choose to pursue it. Private boxing lessons and personal training sessions are available by appointment for clients who want one-on-one coaching, technical development, self-defense training, fight preparation, or a more customized training schedule. Sessions may be held at your home or at The Boxing Lab, with availability starting as early as 3:00 AM. Coach Al Franco Boxing is a separate coaching program operating out of The Boxing Lab facility in Newport Beach. No Boxing Lab membership is required to train with Coach Al.
