• All Orange County Residents Can Soon Call Into City Council Meetings (voiceofoc.org) — La Habra residents will soon be able to address their city council remotely as part of a new state law requiring all Orange County cities to offer two-way call‑in or Zoom access during meetings. Local officials countywide are preparing technology upgrades, debating costs, and setting rules for handling disruptions, but the change is intended to make it easier for residents to participate from home.
