Blessing of the Animals at St. Francis High School
Bring your pets to St. Francis High School October 3 @ 2 p.m. for a special blessing by St. Bede's Msgr. Antonio & the St. Francis Friar
On the eve of the Feast of St. Francis’, all are invited to bring their pets to join St. Bede’s Msgr. Antonio and the St. Francis friars for the annual Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, October 3 @ 2 p.m. in the Saint Francis Courtyard. All pets, dogs, cats, fish, horses, chickens, hampsters, etc. will be blessed individually by the priests and each will receive a take home gift of a special medal, prayer and holy card, and a bottle of holy water used for their blessing. All are invited.
