Purse Plundered from Car
On April 2, a female told police that her car had been burglarized at 900 Crown Avenue in La Cañada. She had parked her car on the street, leaving her purse on the front passenger seat. When she came back the next morning, she found her front passenger window smashed. Her purse, driver license, credit cards, and debit cards had been stolen.

An unidentified person shattered the driver’s side window of a 52-year-old La Cañada male’s car. The man reported the incidence on April 2. The robber took a briefcase worth $150 from the car, which was parked at 500 Houseman Street in La Cañada.

A 40-year-old La Cañada male reported on April 7 that an unidentified person entered his unlocked van and tried to break into his locked SUV. The cars were parked on the driveway of 800 Wilaconda Drive in La Cañada and the SUV’s alarm system went off briefly. No items were stolen.
