The La Cañada Flintridge Investment and Financing Advisory Committee provides the council with advice on "the City's cash management procedures and practices, including cash flow forecasting and analysis support to enhance liquidity and investment portfolio management [and] is available to provide advisory support on debt issuance and management," states its website. The committee meets quarterly on third Thursdays.
