Main:

Filet mignon, pommes soufflés, asparagus, wasabi whipped potatoes, crispy shallots.

Roasted quail, braised leeks, farro, black truffle sauce, crispy prosciutto, thyme.

Morel mushroom, asparagus and shallot frittata.

Dessert:

Dark chocolate soufflé, stewed cherries.
