Know the Down Payment You’ll Need Before You make the Offer on Your Dream Home

This Wednesday, February 24, the members of the Crescenta Valley Chapter of BNI [Business Network International] will proudly present Mr. Superbanker, their mortgage lender, Bob Rivera. He will be discussing how much is needed as a down payment on that home you want to purchase and what goes into figuring it out and what the determining factors are.

Time permitting, he may touch on the different types of loans that are available and what if any effect the type of loan -- ARM, Fixed, etc -- has on how the necessary down payment is figured.

This meeting is a MUST if you are planning on buying or refinancing a home in the near future. Come meet Bob and make an appointment to discuss your specific situation.
