After-Hours Police Presence Follows Arrests In Laguna Beach
Last weekend, a street fight in Laguna Beach ended with three arrests, officials say. The city's police remain vigilant after the event.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Police arrested three men involved in an after-hours bar brawl, witnessed by over 20 people two weeks ago, according to Laguna Beach Police Department.
Now, officers remain vigilant in the bar areas on weekend nights, according to Laguna Beach Police Department Sgt. Jim Cota.
On June 30, officers responded to Laguna Avenue and South Coast Highway Sunday at 2 a.m. after the bars closed and patrons filtered into the streets, Cota said.

A large crowd formed around men that were fighting, and cell phones recorded the incident, Cota told the Los Angeles Times.
Connor Patrick, 21, of Coto De Caza was arrested on suspicion of resisting or obstructing a police officer, according to police reports. Los Alamitos resident Milan Torne, 23, Yannis Konugres, 22, of Mission Viejo were both arrested on the charges of obstructing police and suspicion of battery, the report said.

All were released and were expected to appear in court at a later date, according to Cota.
