LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A special dog had a celebration to remember, after the Laguna Beach community came together to celebrate Peer Support K-9 Cooper's 2-year birthday.

The community gathered at the Laguna Beach Library on Wednesday, April 5 for a good time to be had by all.

"Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate this special day with K-9 Cooper," the Laguna Beach Police Department wrote in a post.
