Give Trees A Chance At Laguna Beach Annual Arbor Day Celebration

Residents who participate in the 2nd annual Arbor Day Celebration can learn how to care for and plant trees in the community.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach is not only known for its iconic beaches, but for its ample natural space. Just last February, Laguna Beach was named a 2021 Tree City USA Community by the Arbor Day Foundation for its fourth year in a row.

On Monday, Laguna Beach residents have the chance pay homage to the trees that recycle and purify the air that we breathe as the city hosts its 2nd annual Arbor Day Celebration at Bluebird Park.

Residents who participate in the event will be a part of a tree planting ceremony and receive free advice on planting and caring for trees. There will also be planting giveaways and fun activities for children, the city wrote in a flier.
