High Surf Develops along OC coast, High Temps Hold off through Weekend
A high surf advisories are in effect, and temperatures remain normal along Orange County.

Another round of high surf is developing along the coast and temperatures continue to drop today, but forecasters warn another heat wave will roll over Southern California this weekend.
Laguna Beach can expect a high of 73-degrees at the coast, with 58-percent humidity today.
The excessive heat warning that had been in force in inland Orange County expired Tuesday, as did red flag warnings signifying a high risk of wildfire. Another heat wave is on the way through the weekend with triple digit temperatures possible inland.

Surf advisories are in effect along the Los Angeles County coast, according to a beach hazards statement -- one notch less serious than a high surf advisory -- will be in force through Thursday afternoon.
The NWS forecast surf of 3 to 6 feet, along with strong rip currents capable of pulling swimmers and surfers out to sea and sneaker waves capable of washing people off rocks and jetties.

In Orange County, surf is reportedly 3 to 5 feet, with more size showing throughout the afternoon, with minor northwest windswell.

If caught in a rip current, swim parallel to shore until able to break free.
Sunny skies are forecast in Orange County, with average temperatures, highs of 73 in Laguna Beach; 74 in Newport Beach; 75 in San Clemente; 83 in Anaheim; 84 in Fullerton and Mission Viejo; 85 in Irvine; and 86 in Yorba Linda.
Temperatures are forecast to climb a few degrees Friday, then another heatwave is expected to arrive early next week.
