Kobe Bryant Is Heading for a Different Court: Divorce Court. We've Got Docs!

The Bryants of Newport Coast—that would be Lakers star Kobe and his wife Vanessa—are divorcing.

According to this TMZ story, which cites "connected sources," Vanessa filed first, alleging that Kobe has been unfaithful, or, in legalspeak, "irreconcilable differences."

Kobe, you'll recall, was involved in a huge extramarital affair scandal back in 2003.

The couple have two young daughters, and Vanessa is asking the court that Kobe be given vistation rights.

They have also been spotted on occasion in some of Laguna Beach's fine dining establishments.

Also, there apparently was no prenup. D'oh!
