Laguna Beach Easter Sunday In 1958: Laguna In Photos

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach resident Susana Cruciana regularly shoots some of our favorite photographs of Laguna. She takes photos of nature, wildlife and more — but this week, she submitted a photo right out of the family album.

Cruciana delivered a snapshot of the past after she submitted this shot of her and her sister Janet posing for an Easter Sunday photograph outside of their first Laguna Beach home in 1958.

Her sister was 10 at the time, and Cruciana was eight.

"It was a year after our mother brought us to Laguna, via train from Virginia," Cruciana told Patch. "I cherish my old photos. They bring tears to my eyes."
