Laguna Beach Fire Department's Pancake Breakfast A Record Success
Residents of Laguna Beach band together in support of their Fire Department on Labor Day. Did you go?

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The annual Laguna Beach Fire Department Labor Day pancake breakfast at Heisler Park was a resounding success according to the city of Laguna Beach.
"This past Labor Day Monday the Laguna Beach Fire Department (LBFD) held the annual Labor Day Breakfast at Heisler Park," the city spokesperson said.
Over 650 breakfasts were served.

"Special thanks to the lifeguards that came and helped, as well as staff from Public Works that provided additional logistical support," they said. Firefighters made pancakes until supplies ran out.

Fire fighter/Paramedic Matt Rolfe did a great job coordinating the event for the LBFD."As always we had great support from our community friends in organizing the event (Sandi St. John especially) and for all our residents and friends that joined us for a seaside breakfast," they said. "Thanks to all."
That's a lot of pancakes. Well done, LBFD. And see you out there next Labor Day.
