Laguna Beach Fire Invites Residents To Ambulance Program Launch
To celebrate the launch of the city's new ambulance program, Laguna Beach residents are invited to a special event on July 1.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Laguna Beach Fire Department is hosting an ambulance program launch celebration July 1, and residents are encouraged to save the date and attend the free event.
The new city-owned ambulances are part of the city's new in-house ambulance transport service, which starts on July 1. After July 1, the ambulances will operate 24-hours a day while being staffed with two EMT ambulance operators.
Laguna Beach received its first of two new ambulances in March as part of the program, which is designed to shorten emergency response times in the city.
