Laguna Beach Wants Your Opinion On Street, Pedestrian Safety
This Saturday, the city of Laguna Beach wants to talk to you about safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers. Here's what to know.
LAGUNA BEACH, CAβThe city of Laguna Beach asks residents to meet on this weekend to discuss street safety.
On Saturday, meet up with city officials from 10 a.m. to noon at the Farmer's Market, 521 Forest Avenue, to learn more about the City's plan to enhance safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.
"The City of Laguna Beach is creating a plan to improve safety for people walking, biking, or driving - to eliminate traffic-related fatalities and severe injuries on City roadways," a spokesperson said.

In advance of the meeting, the city has asked community members to share their thoughts on maneuvering across city roadways on foot, by bike, or by car.
The primary questions asked are driver concerns, road safety concerns, and whether or not you have been in some form of crash on city streets.
