Waking up with the waves on Friday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report. Well, you're not going to find any significant swell activity, but if nothing else, get out there and enjoy the nice weather and warmer water.
The conditions are starting off mostly clean, with a mixture of minor southwest swell and some small scale northwest windswell in the water. That recipe is making for some crumbly broken-up lines, with a few fast corners.
Most spots in Laguna Beach are running about knee to waist high, with the standout combo breaks pulling some plus sets. The small wave gear is probably your best bet!

Taking a look at the tides ... at 4:26 early this morning the tide drained out to a 1.0 low, which will have some spots lacking water early on. The tide then pushes back up to a 3.9 high at 10:59 later this morning and then drops again to a 2.2 low at 3:32 this afternoon.
If you're going to grab a session, throw on a short sleeve fullsuit or a springsuit, with the water temperature averaging between 64 and 67 degrees. Have fun out there!
