Waking up with the waves on Friday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report. Well, it looks like we're stuck in a small wave rut for now. Yep, I woudn't make it a priority to paddle!
We're starting off with some fairly clean conditions from the start. As far as the surf goes ... we have the similar combination of minor southwest swell and northwest windswell in the mix.
That recipe is offering this neck of the woods with some crumbly sectiony lines, with a few fun ones on a big board of some sort. Most spots in Laguna Beach are seeing knee-high waves, with the focal points pulling thigh-high waves, with a few waist-high sets.

Taking a look at the tides ... at 7:58 this morning, the tide drops to a 1.9 low, which will have many spots drained out early to mid-morning. The tide then pushes back up to a 4.6 high at 3:12 this afternoon.
If you're going to get wet, a spring suit will do you right, with the water temperature averaging at most spots between 65 and 67 degrees. Have fun out there!
