Waking up with the waves on Monday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report. Well, we're seeing a pretty modest amount of action. Yep, if you're bummed out about the start of the new work week, then go grab a session!
The conditions are starting off mostly clean and glassy, with a mixture of some south-southwest swell, some small southeast energy, and minimal northwest windswell in the water.
That recipe is providing this stretch of sand with some fast semi-wally lines, with some good wedgy shoulders to pick off. Most spots in Laguna Beach are running about waist- to chest-high plus, with the south-facing focal points pulling some head-high plus sets.

Taking a look at the tides ... at 8:40 this morning it climbs up to a 3.2 high and then drops to a 2.4 low at 12:45 this afternoon, then pushes back up again to a 6.0 high at 7:15 this evening.
If you're going to get wet, a thin fullsuit is more than enough, with the water temperature averaging between 63 and 66 degrees. Have fun out there!!
