Laguna Beach Wave Check: Wednesday

Not much change out there.

Wakling up with the waves on Wednesday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Laguna Beach Patch surf report. Well, we're not seeing much change out there. Yep, it looks like we're being cursed by another small wave spell for now.

The conditions are starting off mostly clean early on. Taking a look at the waves ... we have the continued combination of mainly minor northwest windswell and minor southwest energy in the water.

That recipe is offering this neck of the woods with some little dumpy lines, with a few workable corners on a small wave board of some sort. Most spots in Laguna Beach are seeing knee-high waves, with the top combo breaks pulling some thigh-high waves, with the occasional waist-high set.

Checking the tides ... at 7:55 this morning, it drops to a 0.9 low, which is going to have several spots lacking water and really inconsistent early to mid-morning. The tide then pushes back up to a 4.5 high at 2:42 this afternoon.

If you're going to grab a salt water bath, a spring suit is plenty, with the water temperature averaging between 65 and 67 degrees. Have fun out there!
