Laguna Beach's Finest Battle Blaze
Laguna Beach firefighters battled a fire this week, and Police advised all to stay away from the firefighting efforts.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A column of smoke rose from a building on the 800 block of Quivera Street in Arch Beach Heights on Wednesday. According to a LBFD spokesperson, all residents had vacated the building at the time of the fire. The resident smelled smoke coming from the garage, witnesses said.
"Engine 3 arrived on scene first, and found the garage of the residence fully engulfed in flames. The fires spread up to the balcony," LBFD reported.
Firefighters directed efforts to neighboring homes to stop the fire from spreading, according to witnesses from the scene.
