Laguna Police Officer Exonerated
A Laguna Beach Police Officer was exonerated following his November arrest for elder abuse and fraud.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A Laguna Beach Police Officer was exonerated following an arrest in late 2017, according to the LBPD in recent release.
"On November 28, 2017 Laguna Beach Police Officer Rock Wagner was arrested by the Fullerton Police Department in connection with an elder abuse and fraud investigation," the Laguna Beach Police Department said. "Since that time, Officer Wagner was placed on paid administrative leave while both the criminal and internal affairs investigations took place."
Both of these investigations have come to an end. After thorough review of the evidence produced by the Fullerton Police Department, it has been determined that allegations of misconduct could not be supported. It has also been determined by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office that there was no evidence that a crime had been committed.
