LAGUNA BEACH, CA — It isn't everyday that the sky resembles an oil painting, even in one of the most scenic cities in Southern California.
Laguna Beach resident photographer Marshall Aren captured a rare Heisler Park sunset earlier this year, and we at Patch think the vibrant colors of the burning sunset speak for themselves.
Aren shot these photographs with his Canon 6D camera while enjoying the park on a winter's afternoon, he told Patch. In the photograph above, you can see the clear outline of the burning sun just before it lowers against the rocky horizon.
