Several hundred visitors pack their refreshments and head to during the summer for free city-sponsored concerts. The remaining shows include Jah Mex playing reggae (Aug. 14); the Tom Nolan Band playing blues and soul (Aug. 21); and the Wonderelles playing '50s rock (Aug. 28).
