Pod Of Pelicans Hang Out At Treasure Island: Laguna Beach In Photos

Have you taken a trip to Treasure Island in Laguna Beach lately? It's a preferred coastal hangout for beachgoers and pelicans alike.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Treasure Island Beach is a well-loved coastal gem found in Laguna Beach. It is located on a long stretch of pristine shoreline maintained by both the city and Montage Resort, and is certainly considered one of Laguna Beach's many treasures.

Laguna Beach resident photographer Susana Cruciana took to the shores of Treasure Island Beach Saturday morning in search of a peaceful commune with nature.

Cruciana told Patch she got to the beach early to beat the crowds, and was able to capture some stunning photographs of the beach's impossibly clear water and the many pelicans that hang out on one of the rock formations in the water.
