Public Invited To Bench Dedication Ceremony In Laguna Beach

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach residents were invited to be a part of a dedication ceremony held by the Laguna Beach Arts Commission on Thursday, May 25.

The ceremony will honor the piece "Streamline," crafted by Larry Gill and Gavin Heath, on Beach Street and Ocean Avenue, the City of Laguna Beach said in a social media post.

According to StuNewsLaguna, the sculptural bench previously stood at Heisler Park, where it used to serve both as public art and a resting place.

The ceremony starts Thursday at 5:30 p.m., followed by tacos at Rasta's to celebrate.
