Stormy Gray Waves Crash Onto Victoria Beach: Patch Photo Of The Day
The "Pirate Tower" of Laguna Beach is one of the most iconic locations in town, rain or shine.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — In order to take the perfect picture, patience is a trait not to be overlooked. Laguna Beach resident photographer Wendy Theders displayed this patience while taking shots of Victoria Beach this past weekend.
"This was a tough shot," Theders told Patch. "So many people and photographers on the beach this day. Engaged couples, graduation photos and couples taking selfies. I had to be patient to get this shot alone."
In this case, we at Patch can say that Theder's patience was well worth it. The stormy grays of Victoria Beach and the crashing waves against the iconic "Pirate Tower" make for a gorgeous and memorable shot.
