TRAFFIC: Semi-Truck Overturns In Laguna Beach

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A five car collision that involved one structure created a traffic nightmare in Laguana, Tuesday.

A box truck carrying landscaping waste overturned as a result of the collision, according to Laguna Beach Police Department Public Information Officer Jim Cota.

"The 14-foot box truck crashed in the 200 block of Nyes Street," Cota said. California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, where minor injuries occurred.

"We are expecting Nyes to be blocked for at least two hours," Cota said. The road is expected to reopen by 2 p.m.
