Laguna Beach, CA, October 15, 2014– Longtime local lenders Richard T. Cirelli (President, RTC Mortgage Corporation) and Jeffrey Redeker (formally SBA Vice President Sales Team Lead at Union Bank) have joined forces to start Beach Cities Commercial along with their partner Brianna Alvarez. The group has over 60 years of lending experience. The new venture will focus on assisting its clientele with obtaining commercial lending options from mega banks to community banks and even non-bank lending options.
