LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The city of Laguna Beach, following the edict set in motion by Gov. Gavin Newsom and the California Department of Public Health, has determined to halt gatherings and slow the spread of the new coronavirus, also known as COVID-19.

should be postponed or cancelled across the state until at least the end of March," the city of Laguna Beach advised in a recent release.
