As the series of storms continue slamming coastal communities Laguna Beach is continuing their mission to be the most prepared city in OC.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA - A winter storm is returning to Laguna Beach and the Orange County coastal communities Wednesday, authorities said. The storm brings with it will bring intermittent periods of heavy rain and potential localized flooding. Here is information on how to get sand bags for flood control and emergency kits for all residents.
The most significant part of the storm is predicted late Wednesday evening and continuing through Thursday morning, Laguna Beach Police Department Emergency Operations Coordinator Jordan Villwock told Patch.
Villwock, erring on the side of caution, suggested that all downtown and Canyon residents and business owners to put flood gates into place Wednesday night and while businesses are closed as a precautionary measure to protect property and inventory.
