Youth Invited To Artful Afternoon At Laguna Beach Library

A local nonprofit is hosting a series of free art classes for kids in downtown Laguna Beach.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A local Laguna Beach nonprofit is hosting a free series of art classes for young ones, and residents are encouraged to save the date to participate.

The Laguna Outreach for Community Arts, known as LOCA, is organizing free art classes every Thursday at the Laguna Beach Library, a flyer announced.

The free classes will be taught by LOCA member and artist Reem Khalil. At the class, children ages four and up will craft their own art projects using different themes and art techniques at each session.

Registration for the classes is not required, but space is limited so parents are encouraged to arrive early with their children.

Residents can attend an artful afternoon at the Laguna Beach Library every Thursday starting May 12, with one class a week booked through the first week of June.
